Welcome to ZenDugo ("we," "our," "us," or the "Company"). We operate the ZenDugo mobile application (the "Application" or "App") available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We are fully committed to protecting your privacy, ensuring transparency regarding our data processing practices, and upholding the highest standards of international data governance.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") constitutes a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the Company. It governs the collection, storage, processing, transfer, and deletion of your data when you access or use the Application globally. This Policy has been drafted to comply with global privacy frameworks, including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and other applicable international data protection laws.

Please read this Policy carefully. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms outlined herein. If you do not agree with these terms, you must immediately cease using the App and uninstall it from your device.

1. Data Controller and Global Compliance

For the purposes of the GDPR and other applicable data protection laws, the Company acts as the Data Controller for data that is transmitted to and processed on our cloud servers (e.g., public "Zen" feed interactions and user-selected interests). With respect to data stored exclusively on your mobile device (e.g., Daily Tasks or imported Google Calendar events), the Company does not act as a Data Controller or Processor, as we do not possess access, custody, or control over such localized data.

2. Categories of Data Collected and Processing Framework

We classify the data we process into distinct categories based on where it is stored and how it is utilized:

A. Localized Device Data (Zero-Server Storage)

• Description of Data: Any daily tasks, routines, checklists, productivity logs, projects, plans, shopping/resource lists, or personal time-management data you input into the Application.
• Processing Infrastructure: This data is processed and stored strictly locally within the isolated sandbox environment of your mobile device's operating system (iOS or Android).
• Access Limits: The Company does not transmit, replicate, or backup this data to external cloud servers. We have no technical capability to view, access, reconstruct, or retrieve this information.

B. Cloud-Based and Publicly Disseminated Data

• "Zen" Community Feed Content: When you voluntarily publish text, media, links, or submit comments within the public "Zen" section of the App, this content is transmitted to our cloud architecture.
• Public Exposure Warning: Once published in the "Zen" feed, this information becomes publicly accessible globally both within the Application and on the wider internet via indexable web protocols.
• User Content Interests: We may send non-identifiable user interests or guidelines (what a person is interested in) to our Firestore cloud database. This is used only with your explicit consent and solely to show more relevant "Zen" feed entries.
• Legal Basis and Purpose: The legal basis for processing this data is the performance of a contract (providing the community features you engage with) and our legitimate interest in personalizing the "Zen" feed to deliver chronologically and contextually relevant content to you and other users.

C. Third-Party Analytics and Advertising Data

• Google Analytics for Firebase: Subject to your explicit, prior opt-in consent (granular consent architecture), we utilize Google Analytics to collect pseudo-anonymized, aggregated telemetry and usage statistics (e.g., session durations, interface interactions, device models, crash reports). You maintain the absolute right to revoke this consent at any time via the App's configuration settings. For more information, please review the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google AdMob (Advertising): For users who utilize the free tier of the Application (non-Premium users), we display third-party advertisements served via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID and/or Apple ID for Advertisers - IDFA) to personalize, target, and measure the effectiveness of advertisements. This processing is conducted in compliance with platform requirements (including iOS App Tracking Transparency). You can manage your ad personalization choices via your mobile device's operating system settings. D. Google Calendar API Integration and Google User Data

• Description of Data & Access: If you explicitly choose to link the Application with your Google Calendar account, ZenDugo will access your calendar data via the Google Calendar API. This access may include reading, creating, modifying, or deleting calendar events to seamlessly integrate your daily tasks, routines, and schedules within the App. Tasks and events are imported either in the background or when the user clicks the "Import" button.
• Import Locations: Importation can be initiated via Settings -> Import Google Calendar or via Premium -> Import Google Calendar.
• Disconnection/Removal: Users can terminate or delete imported data by using the specific disconnection/deletion links located directly under the "Import Google Calendar" buttons.
• Usage, Purpose, and Limited Use: ZenDugo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use this data strictly to provide, maintain, and improve the user-facing task-management and scheduling features of the Application.
• Storage and Retention: Your Google Calendar data is processed and stored locally on your mobile device. The Company does not store, replicate, harvest, or retain your personal Google Calendar events on our external cloud servers.
• Data Sharing Restrictions: We do not sell, lease, transfer, or share your Google Calendar data with any third-party advertisers, data brokers, or external entities. Google user data is never utilized for targeted advertising, analytics profiling, or any monetization purposes.

3. User-Controlled Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your selected data at any time via Settings -> Delete Data. In this menu, you can choose to clear:

• Tasks
• Projects
• Plans
• Shopping and resource lists
• Zen entries

Additionally, you may choose the specific time period for the data you wish to delete.

4. Premium Subscriptions, Purchases, and Cancellation Policies

ZenDugo offers a "Premium" tier that removes advertisements and unlocks additional features. All financial transactions, billing, and subscription management are handled strictly by the respective platform marketplace operators (Apple Inc. or Google LLC). The Company does not collect, process, or store your credit card or financial data.

A. In-App Purchase and Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Your marketplace account (Apple ID or Google Account) will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

B. How to Cancel Subscriptions

Subscriptions must be canceled directly through your mobile platform account settings. Uninstalling the Application will not automatically cancel your active subscription.

5. Referral and Referral Reward ("Invite Friends") Program

The Application may occasionally offer a Referral Program allowing users to earn free Premium tier access by inviting friends to download and use ZenDugo. To qualify for and maintain rewards under this program, the following strict terms apply:

• Authenticity and Active Use: Referred individuals must be real, unique, verifiable persons who actively download, install, and continuously utilize the Application in good faith.
• Anti-Fraud Provisions: The creation of automated accounts, fake devices, self-referrals, emulated environments, or immediate deletion loops to manipulate the referral mechanism is strictly prohibited. The Company employs algorithmic and technical detection methods to verify referral legitimacy.
• Revocation of Rewards: If we detect, in our sole discretion, any fraudulent, abusive, or non-active referral patterns, we reserve the absolute right to retroactively revoke any granted Premium access, terminate your referral credentials, and suspend or terminate your ZenDugo account without prior notice.

6. Data Retention and Archival Architecture

• Local Data Retention: Localized data remains on your physical hardware until you choose to delete the entries manually, clear the application cache, or purge/uninstall the Application from your operating system.
• Zen Feed Public Retention: Content published to the "Zen" community feed may be retained by the Company for an indefinite duration.

7. Critical Notice: User Sovereignty, Data Deletion, and Uninstall Protocols

You possess continuous autonomy over your data, governed by the following strict execution protocols:

• Standard Deletion Mechanism: You can permanently purge your localized parameters and clear your published "Zen" feed submissions natively by accessing the following path within the interface: Settings -> Delete Data.
• The Critical Uninstall Clause: WARNING: If you wish to delete your "Zen" feed entries, you must first execute the Settings -> Delete Data sequence. Only after you have deleted the desired data should you uninstall or wipe the application from your device. If you uninstall the App without first using the "Delete Data" function, all your published "Zen" feed entries, comments, and interactions will remain public and active on our servers, as the system will no longer recognize your hardware signature to allow for later management.

8. Global User Conduct, Content Warranties, and Indemnification

The "Zen" feed functions as an interactive community space. By utilizing these public publishing features, you warrant, represent, and legally agree that your contributions shall not infringe third-party rights, violate any laws, or transmit malicious content. You are solely and exclusively liable for any legal, civil, or criminal ramifications arising from the posts, texts, graphics, or comments you choose to broadcast.

9. International Data Transfers

ZenDugo operates globally. Information published to the "Zen" feed will be stored on decentralized cloud servers, which may be located outside your country of residence. By interacting with the public features of the Application, you explicitly consent to the cross-border transfer, storage, and processing of your public submissions.

10. Your Rights Under Global Privacy Regimes

Depending on your geographical location, you may possess specific statutory rights regarding your personal data (Access, Portability, Rectification, Erasure, Restriction). To exercise these rights, please submit a formalized request through our central communication framework detailed in Section 12.

11. Security Architecture

We deploy standard industry-vetted administrative, physical, and technological security barriers. However, no digital transmission channel can be guaranteed to be 100% impenetrable. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information.

12. Amendments and Contact

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any updates will be ratified by changing the "Last Updated" timestamp at the apex of this document.
